- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk (approx)
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 3 1/2 tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- Put egg in measuring cup and beat. Fill to 3/4 cup with milk.
- Put dry ingredients and butter into a bowl and crumb mixture well.
- Knead a few minutes then roll to about a 1/4 inch.
- Cut out rounds or other shapes, using a cookie cutter or cup turned upside down.
- Bake 20-30 min at 350*F or 325*F
