Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup orange yogurt
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 2 tsp orange zest
- 1 1/4 cups fresh or thawed (and drained) raspberries or blueberries
Instructions
- Combine dry ingredients, then cut in the butter until mixture resembles fine crumbs. In a separate bowl combine yoghurt, eggs and zest. Add all at once to flour/butter mixture. Stir until just combined, and then gently fold in berries.
- Bake at 400′ for 20 – 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
