Pancrepes: somewhere between crêpes and pancakes


  • two eggs

  • half-ish cup of flour

  • half-ish cup of milk

  • tsp of vanilla extract

  • tbsp of butter

  • tbsp of baking powder


  • Wisk or beat everything together in a container that is easy to pour from,
  • Heat a frying pan to medium heat,
  • Pour the pancrepe sauce into shapes that work for you (you can shake the frying pan to make the pancrepe thinner.

Serve these with sweet (maple syrup) or savoury (hard cheese and bacon) toppings.
