Kale and butternut squash salad
Ingredients
  • Kale and braising greens
  • Squash
  • Almonds, roasted
  • Dressing
  • Honey
  • Coarse ground mustard
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. Cube the squash and toss with oil (I used coconut butter). Roast the squash at 400*F.
  2. For the dressing, mix the honey, mustard, oil, salt and pepper
