Artichoke Spinach Dip

This is obviously good an appetizer, but it can also be a main meal served with tortellini (especially good with cheese tortellini).

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 bag of fresh baby spinach,

  • 1 clove garlic

  • 1/4-1/2 tsp dill

  • Lemon zest

  • Juice from half a lemon

  • Salt & pepper

  • 1/2 cup yogurt

Directions

  • In a food processor, blend everything except the yoghurt.
  • Once blended, put in a bowl and stir in yoghurt.
