Ingredients
- 3/4 cup margarine
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 1 egg
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp clove
- 1 tsp ginger
- granulated sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375′
- In a large bowl, combine first 4 ingredients. Sift together next 6 ingredients and gradually stir into wet mixture. Form into balls and roll in granulated sugar. Place 2″ apart on cookie sheet and bake 8 minutes (for chewier cookies) to 10 minutes (for crispy cookies).
