My good friend adds this to everything! Some of the favourite combos are: rice and veggies, plain rice with flax oil and sea salt, pasta (plain or with lightly sauteed veggies).
- Dried nettles
- Pumpkin seeds, lightly toasted
- Blend dried nettles until they are a fine powder.
- Add pumpkin seeds and pulse a few times until chopped, but not too finely.
