Ingredients
- 3 tbps dijon
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp pepper
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Mix together, and rub over roast. Then sprinkle coarse salt over roast.
- For 2 kilo roast, cook 30 min at 450’f, then 1 to 1.5 hrs at 325’f.
