Ingredients
  • 3 tbps dijon
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
  1. Mix together, and rub over roast. Then sprinkle coarse salt over roast.
  2. For 2 kilo roast, cook 30 min at 450’f, then 1 to 1.5 hrs at 325’f.
