  • 5-6 heaping tbsp of uncooked rice
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups milk
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp butter (the size of an egg)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • cinnamon
  • raisins (or dates, optional)
  1. Put it all in a casserole and sprinkle cinnamon on top. Stir part way through. Bake uncovered at 250*C for 2 or more hours.
