- 5-6 heaping tbsp of uncooked rice
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups milk
- pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp butter (the size of an egg)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- raisins (or dates, optional)
- Put it all in a casserole and sprinkle cinnamon on top. Stir part way through. Bake uncovered at 250*C for 2 or more hours.
